1.The reasons for the operational problems occurring to PCB Prototyping dividing boards: When the storage battery has not enough power, connection between the storage battery and the staring motor will be disconnected. Oxidation occurs to the storage battery or wiring cards. There is poor contact between the electromagnetic switch and the two binding posts, or the flow deflector is seriously eroded for burning; there is abrasion or break in the electric brush, or the electric brush is stuck in its frame; there is oil dirt in the current rectifier of the electric brush or the current rectifier is seriously eroded for burning.
2.There are three reasons for short circuit or disconnection in the winding part: the first one is that dis-soldering occurs in armature winding or reverse chip; the second one is that erosion occurs in the bearing or copper brush, leading to rotor scrapping; the third one is that the 4 electric brushes are installed in the wrong place or the gap between the newly replaced axle sleeve is too large. PCB dividing board idles when it starts; the shifting fork is installed wrongly with its pillar being installed inside the moving liner, which makes it impossible for the motor gear to work together with the shifting fork.
3. Once the PCB dividing board is started, the motor will begin to work. When the gap between the iron core of electromagnetic switch and push rod of the plate is too large, which causes slipping of overrunning clutch and it difficult for the flywheel ring gear to drive. Once the motor gear is seriously abraded, it will be difficult for it to grind in with flywheel ring gear. The electromagnetic switch will suck up and fall off very often, which means, when the start button is on, once the iron core of the electromagnetic switch is sucked up, it will fall off immediately, and then it will be sucked up again and then fall off, again and again. In this way, the motor will not be started. The common cause for this kind of abnormity is short circuit in the coil.
